Game is down? Empty Game is down?

I can't access TWG every 30 mins.. Whenever I try to load a page on TWG (including the TWG forum) this comes up:


Game is down? Twg_er10



And then 30 mins later, I'm able to access TWG. I don't know if it's happening for anyone else... And before you say it, I've tried IE, Firefox, Safari and Opera as well.
